Andrew currently resides in Guelph, ON, and has been a resident for most of the past 25 years. Andrew came to Guelph in the mid 90's to play for the Guelph Storm and pursue his dream of being drafted to the National Hockey League, which he accomplished in 1996 before turning pro and playing professional hockey with stops

Andrew currently resides in Guelph, ON, and has been a resident for most of the past 25 years. Andrew came to Guelph in the mid 90's to play for the Guelph Storm and pursue his dream of being drafted to the National Hockey League, which he accomplished in 1996 before turning pro and playing professional hockey with stops in Georgia, Kentucky, and Florida before moving on from the game in 2005.
In 2006 Andrew obtained his real estate license and quickly became involved in investment real estate, specializing in new build investment purchases. During that time, Andrew forged strong relationships with several leading developers through his honest and strategic approach to the business. Throughout Andrew's 15+ year career in real estate, he has broken the top 10 in sales province-wide several times. The real estate team of Diloreto and Long managed to crack the top 5 teams nationally on four separate occasions.
In 2018, Andrew partnered with Scott Reid of Reid's Heritage Properties in a plan to build investment-ready rental buildings across the province, resulting in the formation of AJDL Investments in 2019.

Brian has been involved in Real Estate from the investment side for over 20 years and has partnered with AJDL President Andrew Long on multiple occasions. Brian's background includes an 18+ year career in professional hockey. He spent several NHL seasons playing with Colorado, Los Angeles and Washington respectively. His career has made a full circle and he now enjoys his role as Director of Amateur Player Development for the Colorado Avalanche. All the while, Brian continues to support his longtime friend Andrew Long at AJDL. When Brian isn't travelling internationally mentoring NHL prospects, he plays an integral part of the growth of AJDL by forging new relationships and partnerships across North America. Brian is going to be a driving force in AJDL's business in the United States in 2022 and beyond.

Kelly plays a vital role in day-to-day business operations with the AJDL team, with a focus on new development and condo sales management, as well as marketing and communications.
In 2021, Kelly joined the team at Reid's Heritage Properties in the role of Office Management. Working closely alongside the AJDL and RHP teams, Kelly regularly engages with our investment partners, sharing updates and opportunities, as well as leading the coordination of community and special events.

Kent has been involved in the real estate space as an investor for almost two decades. Having partnered with AJDL President Andrew Long on multiple successful projects, he shares the same vision for this company. His relationship with Andrew goes back to his junior days, where he was a teammate of Andrew and Brian, prior to transitioning to pro hockey where he was able to achieve his childhood dream of playing in the NHL (for the Columbus Blue Jackets).
With AJDL, Kent's primary focus is to help grow the equity portion of the business for partnered projects in development, in partnership with the Reid's Heritage Properties team.

Matt has been involved in real estate investments in the GTA and Guelph area for several years now. While playing professional hockey for the past 8 years throughout North America and Europe, Matt has been exposed to various international Real Estate markets, and this experience has allowed him to acquire not only a strong knowledge base, but a vast network of contacts within those markets. A former resident of Guelph, Matt joined the Guelph Storm hockey club in 2010, and captained the team from 2012-2014. At the same time, he attended the University of Guelph. Matt has deep ties to the city and considers it to be his second home. He looks forward to working with all of the AJDL investors and real estate clients, and is ready to assist in any capacity.
